Fragrance perception is subjective. A fragrance may smell different to different individuals depending on personal preferences, skin chemistry, environment and other factors.
We do not guarantee that a fragrance will meet every customer's personal preference or expectation.
Product descriptions, availability, specifications, packaging and other information may be updated from time to time.
We reserve the right to discontinue products, change product specifications, limit quantities or refuse sales where reasonably necessary.
Where applicable, product information required by law, including relevant usage, expiry, safety or other information, will be provided on the product packaging or product page.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE
When you place an order through our website, you are submitting a request to purchase the products in your order.
After an order is placed, you may receive an order confirmation acknowledging that we have received your order. An order confirmation does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of the order.

Orders may not be cancelled after dispatch except where permitted under our applicable cancellation or return policy.

We currently deliver orders to eligible locations within India, subject to serviceability.

Because our products include fragrances and personal-use products, certain products may not be eligible for return after opening or use, subject to applicable law and the specific circumstances of the order.
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, defective or materially different product, please contact us within the period specified in our Return & Refund Policy and provide the information or evidence reasonably required to investigate the issue.
Where a refund is approved, it will generally be processed through the applicable payment method or refund mechanism used for the order, subject to payment-provider processing timelines.

HUZAYM'S ELIXIRS uses Shopify to provide the technology and infrastructure supporting our online store.
However, purchases made through our website are transactions between you and HUZAYM'S ELIXIRS.
Shopify provides the e-commerce platform through which our store operates but is not the seller of HUZAYM'S ELIXIRS products.
