Shipping

We currently ship orders to addresses within India.

  • Orders are generally dispatched within 2–3 business days after successful payment.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details where available.
  • Standard delivery generally takes approximately 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and the courier service.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, holidays, remote locations, or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Shipping Charges

  • Free standard shipping on orders above ₹1,600.
  • ₹79 standard shipping fee on orders below ₹1,600.

Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, please use the tracking information provided to monitor its status. If you believe your package has been lost, significantly delayed, or delivered incorrectly, please contact us at huzaymselixirs@gmail.com and we will assist you in coordinating with the shipping carrier.

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery timelines are outside our direct control. However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist with delivery-related issues.

Damaged or Leaking Products

If your order arrives damaged or with leakage, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

For faster assistance, please provide:

  • Your order number.
  • A photograph of the shipping package.
  • A photograph/video showing the damage or leakage.
  • A photograph of the shipping invoice/order label.
  • An unboxing video, if available.

Please do not ship the product back to us without contacting our team first. If a return is required, we will provide you with the appropriate instructions.

Approved claims will be handled in accordance with our Refund and Return Policy.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. Orders can only be placed for delivery within India.
