Refund policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges for products purchased from HUZAYM’S ELIXIRS.
However, in the rare event that your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or leakage, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Our team will review the issue and assist you with an appropriate resolution.
To be eligible for consideration, the product must be:
- In the same condition as received.
- Unused and unworn.
- In its original packaging, including tags where applicable.
- Accompanied by the order receipt or other valid proof of purchase.
For faster verification of your claim, please provide:
- A clear photograph of the shipping invoice/order label.
- Clear photographs or videos showing the defect or leakage.
- An unboxing video, if available.
Important: Please do not ship any product back to us on your own. We will provide return instructions if a return is required. Products sent back without prior confirmation from our team may not be accepted.
Once we receive the required information, our team will review the claim and contact you regarding the next steps.
